The University has self-contained accommodation for couples and families at  Ty Beck House. There are also four flats suitable for couples without children in University Managed Houses.

Priority is given to postgraduates and overseas students. Single parents may also apply to live at Ty Beck House. Undergraduates with families will be considered for university residence if demand from postgraduates is less than the available supply. International undergraduates would be given priority.

Residential Services also maintains lists of private-sector accommodation suitable for students with families.

Students who are planning to bring their partners/families to live in Swansea should complete an application form in the normal way, and enclose with it a letter which gives full information on their accommodation needs.
